We warranty each and every VertiGrille™ to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for three years of home/non-professional use and we will repair or replace, at our option, any VertiGrille™ that is defective. Invention City does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse, or product modifications. VertiGrille™ is intended to be used only for cooking.

Will Invention City pay the shipping to have my VertiGrille™ sent in?
Invention City will not pay for the shipping cost to our facility. However, Invention City will pay for all return expenses to your residence or business within the USA and Canada.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement parts may be purchased directly from Invention City on the VertiGrille website.
Can I send a photo of my damaged VertiGrille™ instead of shipping the product?
No, the original product is needed to validate a warranty claim for repair or replacement.
Does the Warranty cover lost or product or parts?
Unfortunately, no. The Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product and the product must be supplied in order to consider it for repair or replacement.
